Secure your place for Friday 16th to Sunday 18th October 2026. Join Tony and John for a personalised three-day Walking Therapy Retreat in Keswick, in the heart of the Lake District. The weekend combines gentle guided walks, reflective activities, group connection and two one-to-one counselling sessions. The programme price is 495 pounds per person. Onsite accommodation is available as an optional extra and is not included in the programme price. This retreat is designed for people who want space, support and momentum in a calm outdoor setting.
