Available for an informal chat about bookings 7 days a week

Counselling is an investment in ourselves, with our role being to support you through a difficult time, or a juncture in life where you feel the need for change.
 

With experience of short-term and longer-term therapy, we offer skills and support in finding a way forward for those of us struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and relationship problems.

In our opening sessions, it is likely we would take a closer look at parts of your life that are upsetting or proving a struggle, helping you to order your thoughts and make sense of your emotions.  From there, we would assist you in identifying some meaningful and realistic goals, before supporting you in taking steps towards them.
